Welcome to Roberts Projects. By engaging our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These terms are designed to ensure a clear understanding of our working relationship and to protect both parties.
1. Payment Terms (General Services)

Deposit: A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total invoice amount is required before any design or creative work commences.

Final Balance: The remaining 50% balance is due immediately upon completion of the project.

Deliverables: No final files, print work, or high-resolution assets will be released or delivered until the invoice is settled in full.

Refund Policy: Once work has commenced, payments are non-refundable. This covers the time and creative resources allocated to your project.
2. Proof of Payment
To ensure your account is credited correctly and work proceeds without delay, please send all proofs of payment to info@robertsprojects.co.za or via WhatsApp. Please use your Company Name or Invoice Number as the payment reference.
3. Monthly Hosting Services

Billing: Hosting fees are billed monthly and must be paid in full before the specified due date.

Late Payments: A penalty fee of R50.00 will be applied to the following month’s invoice for any payments received after the due date.

Service Suspension: Failure to settle hosting fees by the due date will result in the immediate suspension of your domain and email services. Roberts Projects is not liable for any data loss or business interruption caused by suspension due to non-payment.

Rate Adjustments: Monthly hosting fees are subject to change based on storage space requirements or infrastructure costs. Clients will be provided with a formal notice prior to any price adjustments.
4. Annual Domain Renewals

Renewal Notice: Roberts Projects will send a renewal reminder prior to your domain’s expiry date.

Payment Deadline: Payment for domain renewals must be received before the renewal date to ensure continuity of service.

Expirations: Failure to pay for renewals will result in the domain and associated email accounts being blocked or released by the registrar. Roberts Projects cannot guarantee the recovery of a domain once it has expired.
5. Client Responsibilities
- The client is responsible for providing all necessary information, text, and imagery required to complete the work. Delays in providing these materials may result in extended project timelines.
- The client is also recponcible to pay their monthly hosting on time and before the 1st of every month.
6. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, Roberts Projects shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services, including but not limited to server downtime or third-party service interruptions.
